AIBETH offers community outreach, educational workshops, and support services to promote mental well-being across Nigerian communities.

At AIBETH, we believe that change doesn’t just happen in offices or lecture halls — it happens in real life, where people gather, share, struggle, and grow together. Our programs are designed to meet people right where they are, addressing the real mental, emotional, and social challenges facing individuals, families, and communities today.

We combine education, therapy, advocacy, and connection to create transformative experiences — grounded in compassion, guided by evidence, and shaped by the needs of those we serve.

Here’s how we’re making a difference

An annual public fitness campaign under the Community Initiative Against Drug Abuse (CIADA) project. Through hikes, awareness talks, and school-based activities, we engage youth in open conversations about drug use, peer pressure, and healthy alternatives.

It’s fitness with a purpose — every step we take speaks out against addiction.

A youth-led, safe space program focused on mental health literacy, emotional resilience, and peer support. MindLinks empowers young people to speak up, seek help, and support one another through workshops, creative expression, and facilitated group sessions.

We’re raising a generation of emotionally intelligent, mentally strong youth.

A guided retreat experience that offers couples the tools to strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and heal from stress or conflict. Led by trained therapists, this program is for married or committed couples seeking deeper intimacy and lasting unity.

Because strong families build strong communities.

Designed for digital-age families, this program educates students, parents, and schools on the psychological impact of excessive screen time, gaming addiction, and unsafe online behaviour.

We promote healthy tech habits for healthier minds.

A safe, confidential support group for individuals living with emotional distress, trauma, or diagnosed mental health conditions. Through guided conversations, shared stories, and peer encouragement, participants gain strength in knowing they are not alone.

None should walk through mental health challenges alone.

An annual event that brings together mental health professionals, educators, young leaders, and advocates to explore solutions, share experiences, and inspire innovation in the mental health space.

It’s not just a conference — it’s a platform for national change.

At AIBETH Centre, our journey began with a simple but powerful vision: to bridge the gap between mental health services and the communities that need them most. What started as a small group of passionate professionals has grown into a dynamic non-profit dedicated to restoring hope, promoting wellness, and empowering lives.

We’ve walked alongside students battling bullying, communities healing from trauma, and officers learning to lead with empathy. With every outreach, training, hike, and therapy session, we’ve seen first-hand the strength that lies within individuals — waiting to be awakened through compassion, support, and care.
